While you may not be surprised to learn that Irina Shayk has joined the pantsless-celebrity brigade, you need to see how she styled the trend in two completely different ways.
In a recent photo dump, the 37-year-old model showed off a variety of fall transition ’fits, aptly captioned, “The looksss 👀.” As promised, the slideshow was practically a NYC It-girl mood board complete with multiple sexy takes on menswear and an enviable collection of boots of various lengths. One of my favorite ensembles combined both: a crisp button-down tucked into a pair of leather shorts so tiny that the shirt poked through from underneath and skimmed the tops of her thigh-high leather boots.

However, she also perfectly demonstrated how to wade into the anti-pants trend Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber are both so fond of rocking—and how to take it to the next level. For starters, Shayk gave the no-pants look some boardroom appeal by pairing a long black button-up with an even more oversized gray blazer, which she pulled together with a pair of those controversial Tabi heels.
This is the perfect look if you’re hoping to dip your toes into the pantsless trend as the oversized menswear pieces border on shirtdress territory, but Shayk didn’t stop there.
The model proved she was no lampshading beginner just a few looks later. In slide five, Shayk turned the black button-down into a club ’fit by swapping out her blazer for a Tupac T-shirt and trading in her black clutch for a leather shoulder bag with metal grommets, finally topping off the look with leopard thigh-highs.
Somehow Irina Shayk created a completely new vibe with the exact same number of items and zero bottoms factored into the equation. Women in STEM!
