Paris Saint-Germain Sets Up Shop in Las Vegas

PARIS u2014 Football club Paris Saint-Germain has opened its first flagship store in the United States, in Las Vegas. Situated on the famous Las Vegas Boulevard, a central thoroughfare in the district of Paradise, Nevada, the new store is intended to build on the club’s development in the country. It’s the twelfth boutique to be opened worldwide, after those in Paris, Tokyo, Seoul, Doha, and New York, and underscores the strategy of the club’s Qatari owners to expand the brand internationally. The capital city of the gambling world is a natural choice, given its unique location and the brand’s ambition to become a global lifestyle brand, with fashion as a key pillar. At the same time, it will allow Paris Saint-Germain to grow its fanbase in the United States, a market expected to become one of the most important for football in the coming years. The 210-square-meter store is located in front of the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino on Las Vegas Boulevard. Its interior design was conceived by Malherbe, a renowned French architecture agency. It features a nod to Parisian elegance and the architectural heritage of the French capital, and also gives a nod to Nevada’s desert landscapes. The store offers a wide range of official club items, including jerseys, training gear, accessories, and lifestyle products, for adults and children. The store carries exclusive products not available anywhere else in the United States, as well as limited-edition pieces. Its launch was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, which was attended by club legend Jay-Jay Okocha, who met fans and signed autographs. The new store has created 15 jobs, and will be operated by Fanatics, a leading global sports merchandising company that also operates PSG’s online store. .
