Amanda Seyfried just wore the perfect winter-to-spring transitional outfit.
For an appearance on The Tonight Show to promote the series finale of The Dropout, which Hulu will release on Thursday, April 7, Seyfried wore a shorts suit that gives a winter color and a winter fabric a spring feel.
Seyfried, who has received high acclaim for her performance as Theranos founder and CEO Elizabeth Holmes in the series, wore the Visko Velvet Jacket and Pink Velvet Shorts from Zadig & Voltaire. The jacket is a deep pink longline blazer, and the shorts have a high waist and fall a few inches above the knee. Under the blazer, Seyfried wore a fitted black lace top with a crew neckline and finished the whole look off with silver embellished high heels. She wore her hair down in beachy, relaxed waves and wore a bright coral on her lips and a soft, warm smoky eye, which gave the entire look a springy feel.

“I did it all,” Amanda Seyfried told Jimmy Fallon about how she mastered the signature deep voice of Elizabeth Holmes for The Dropout. “I also had deposition tapes of just static camera on her while she’s being questioned. You see everything in those tapes. And I also did a lot of watching every YouTube video that was ever recorded of her onstage. I watched everything and I listened to everything. I couldn’t get enough. It was the most fun ever.”
