Ashley Park was wrapped in black and beige at the second annual Gold Gala in Los Angeles.
On Wednesday, May 10, the Emily in Paris actor hit the gold carpet in a Roberto Cavalli gown featuring asymmetrical cutouts that were adorned with sparkly gold pineapples. The embellishment added an element of charm to the sexy dress, which crisscrossed over her neck, chest, waist, and hips in alternating colors. At first glance, the nude fabric melts into her skin to create the illusion of a strappy black dress, which she perfectly accessorized with gold jewelry and a glittery handbag.
The last band of nude fabric wraps around her waist and flows into a black skirt with a thigh-high slit. The peekaboo detail gave her platform black heels a chance to shine.
Park attended the second annual Gold Gala, an event that “promotes Asian Pacific creators and companies across industries from media to tech, the prestigious event honors the A100 honorees—a hundred Asian Pacific changemakers and inspiring figures who made waves in the past year.” Park made it on the A100 list alongside the lead cast and creators of the film Joy Ride, which premieres July 7.
Not only is she a star in Emily in Paris, but Park also just joined the third season of Only Murders in the Building, and will make a guest appearance in the upcoming Mean Girls: The Musical movie after starring in the original Broadway show as Gretchen Wieners. Ashley Park has a lot on her plate—with nothing stopping her from adding more.
